Conditioning:
  • 10-15 minutes jogging minimum
  • Conditioning Exercises (2 sets or more)
    • Burpees, 10-15 per set
    • Crunches, 15-20 seconds per set
    • Jumping Jacks, 10-20 seconds per set
    • Pushups, 10-15 per set
    • Russian Twists, 15-20 seconds per set

Tips for shooting with laces:
  1. This technique is only used when the ball bounces or is in the air
  2. Look where or at which angle you want your ball to go
  3. Attack the ball, locking your ankle while shooting and connecting with the ball using your laces
  4. Keep your eye on the ball
  5. Control your body
  6. Follow through
